Problem with my Babyran....

ok to start off i dont have any pic to prove i have a problem but pls help me
ok i downloaded ran from en3.babyran.com and after waiting for 2 hrs i installed it and it runs but after i get to the create a character it crashes i rly nid help guys pls i nid help ASAP
i wont waste my 2 hrs of waiting with a game that has too much problem =|
